3. Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Requirements

  • • Valid contact information required
  • • Advance booking recommended
  • • Payment required to validate booking
  • • Service confirmation within 24 hours

Accepted Payment Methods

  • • Bank Transfer
  • • POS (Point of Sale)
  • • Cash payments
  • • Corporate account arrangements

All bookings must be accompanied by payment to validate the order. Pricing is based on service type, vehicle selection, distance, and duration.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Terms

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund available
  • 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund policy
  • Less than 12 hours: No refund (service charges apply)
  • No-show: Full payment required

Emergency cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Weather or force majeure cancellations may qualify for full refunds.
